Individual counselling offers a grounded space to slow down, regulate, and rebuild connection with yourself — gently, steadily, and at a pace that honours your nervous system.

This is a space where you don’t have to hold everything by yourself.
Where you get to soften the default survival mode you’ve been functioning in for far too long.
Where you remember what it feels like to be supported, not just coping.

Individual counselling is for:

  • Veterinary professionals navigating burnout, emotional overwhelm, compassion fatigue, and the long-term impact of caring deeply for others

  • Pet parents facing the complexity of their animal’s aging, diagnosis, decline, or end-of-life transitions

  • Caregivers and helpers who need space to slow down, regulate, and reconnect with their own needs and inner steadiness

  • Individuals in identity shifts or major life transitions who are seeking clarity, grounding, and a more secure sense of self moving forward

Our sessions are collaborative, trauma-informed, and paced intentionally. We work with your nervous system — not against it.

I blend somatic approaches, nervous system regulation, polyvagal theory, distress tolerance skills, parts work, and narrative work to support you in moving from overwhelm toward inner steadiness again.

Subtle changes take root.
This is not about forcing transformation, it’s about building capacity and finding your authentic self.

Individual counselling sessions are $140 (55 minutes) or $210 (85 minutes).

A limited number of reduced-fee spots are available for those experiencing financial need. If this applies to you, please reach out to inquire about current availability. Accessibility matters here.

Receipts are provided and may be eligible for reimbursement depending on your extended benefits plan.
