I’m a counsellor with a lived history in veterinary medicine and I understand how caregiving can shape us, stretch us, and sometimes quietly exhaust us.
This is a space where you don’t have to hold it all alone.

My Approach
My work is trauma-informed, client-centered, and integrative; blending somatics, nervous system regulation, narrative work, polyvagal theory, parts work, and gentle skills-building.
I support you mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually — because healing is never just one dimension.
This isn’t about “fixing” you.
It’s about coming home to yourself.
